The Happiest Hounds based out of Boylston, Massachusetts, offers your dog exercise, managed socialization, and a whole bunch of fun.

We take small groups of dogs out on the trails for off-leash adventure hikes at local parks. We are proud to be a local, woman owned and operated business.

Our journey began in 1997 when owner, Sarah Allard, went to Kanab, Utah for a three week internship at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Sarah quickly realized her passion for caring for dogs and chose to remain working there in a full time capacity.

Upon returning to Massachusetts in 2000, Sarah started FitPet. Through her love for her work and determination, this small, one person business grew. In 2017, The Happiest Hounds, Inc. was born.
